The hotel is well-situated, boasting clean, modern rooms with spacious layouts. Staff are commendable, always eager to assist. The breakfast could use more variety to stave off monotony during longer stays. Housekeeping issues arose, as towels weren't changed, which could improve overall satisfaction.

Thanks a lot for the very very good stay. This is a brand-new clean hotel providing a nice size rooms. It has excellent and unbeatable location close to Bagdat Avenue. The venue is 15 minutes walk from the bus station. The staff are very professional, managed the parking on-site.

Plus, the location is absolutely perfect and exceptionally nice, minutes from Goztepe Park. 15 minutes on foot and you're near the bus stop. It has amiable, welcoming staff👌🙂

Noise issues are prevalent, particularly if your room faces the busy highway. Expect disruptions from traffic and revving engines, especially on weekends. The bathroom drains struggle with overflow after just a minute of showering, leading to mild flooding. Daily housekeeping lacked thorough cleaning. It only consisted of refilling toiletries and taking out the trash. Arriving during a thunderstorm, I found the room uncomfortably cold, as the windows were inadvertently left open.

The hotel offers a free delivery service from local restaurants, making it convenient to enjoy a variety of meals without leaving the comfort of your room.

Everything at this hip new hotel was perfect as we expected. Everybody was professional. Units with breakfast. We enjoyed the property and would come back for sure.

The room was a nice size and well-equipped and it had a laptop-compatible safe, a minibar, and central heating. The location of the hotel was very central, near restaurants, cafes and banks and numerous cafes, restaurants and shops. Moreover, Goztepe Park was 10 minutes' walk away.

The hotel looks modern but the noise is unbearable, I mean I could barely sleep with cars racing right outside my window, not to mention the shower drain just flooding everything, and was I expecting some complimentary wine or fruit basket for all my troubles? You know, just a little something for my patience.

The location was perfect, just steps away from great shops and restaurants. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, far exceeding my expectations from previous trips.

They were not well-trained in all aspects, they did their best to assist us. The location in the heart of Baghdad Street was a highlight. You can easily find shopping and dining options nearby. I appreciated the cleanliness of our duplex suite, but we also noticed some areas where housekeeping could improve.

Staying at Broyt Hotel was a nice experience, thanks to its excellent location on Baghdad Street. The daily breakfast was a treat, and the friendly staff always went out of their way to assist. I particularly appreciated the free delivery service from local restaurants, great to enjoy delicious meals right in our room.

Our stay wasn't without challenges. The air conditioning struggled to maintain a comfortable temperature, leaving us a bit too cold at night. We experienced some noise from neighboring rooms, which disrupted our peace .

The included Turkish breakfast was fantastic. Each morning we looked forward to it. Having parking available was a big plus for us since we traveled by car. The city view from our room was fine, great to enjoy the lively atmosphere throughout our stay.
